- I would like to book you, but what next?
When you enquire about choosing me as a wedding photographer, I like to take the opportunity to arrange a chat over a coffee. This is the opportunity for us to get to know each other better, you to see more of my work and we can talk more about your big day. With such a special occasion, I think it is important to meet the person who will be capturing your big day.
- How far do you travel?
All wedding packages include travel up to 40 miles from PO4 as standard. If your wedding is a little further, I am more than happy to travel to be able to capture your special day. For travel beyond the radius there is will be a small mileage fee.
- How much is the deposit?
I understand that when you’re planning your wedding you have lots to things to pay for when booking. So that is why I only ask for 25% of the total package price at booking, with the rest of the balance due one month before your big day.
- What are the payment options?
If you would like to spread the cost of your wedding package from the time of booking up until the one month before your wedding, then absolutely. Please get in touch and we can arrange a payment plan that suits your needs.
- How long is your coverage?
A full day wedding package covers from the bridal preparations all the way through to shortly after the first dance, capturing everything in between, lasting approximately 10 hours. The half day wedding package is approximately 5 hours and covers any half of the day you wish. It can start from the bridal prep, or from shortly before the ceremony or depending on how your day is planned it could be later.
- How look does it take until I get to see my photos?
I work to a 6-8 week turnaround time for all my wedding couples. When your images are ready I will create you a beautiful slideshow to romantic music ahead of you receiving your private online gallery and USB.
- How do we order an album?
After viewing your beautiful wedding photographs we can discuss the album you would like and how many pages. You will always choose the photographs for your album, and I am always happy to help in the decision-making process.
- What does printing permissions mean?
As part of your wedding package you receive all edited images on a beautiful USB. With this you get printing permissions. This means you can print all your images for personal use to display in your home or share with family members. I (Charlotte Griffiths Photography) will still on the copyright of the images in accordance to Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
- Do you have insurance?
Yes, I am fully insured and have public liability cover.
- What is a wedding consultation?
Before you book me we will usually have a coffee during the enquiry stage. Your wedding consultation will often be the second time we meet and where possible at the wedding venue about 3 months before your big day. During the consultation, we’ll talk about the final arrangements for your day and discuss any ideas. It also a great chance for us to get to know each other a bit more before I capture your wonderful wedding.
- Can we have a second photographer on our second day?
Absolutely! If you would like to have a second photographer, let me know at the time of booking and I can get this arranged for you. There will be a small fee of £250.
